Who We Are

Hi Friends! We are Gray and Paula Little, and we want to welcome you to our website. We've been married for thirty-eight years and have been blessed with two sons, two daughters-in-law and now grandchildren. Gray has been a pastor/church planter and worked with students, small groups, missions, and church administration over those years, with Paula at his side. He is now a certified chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America. We've seen and experienced the best and the worst of ministry, and through it all, God has been with us.

After thirty-five years of local church ministry and seven years of chaplain ministry, we’ve been asking ourselves, “Who gives help and hope to those who give help and hope?” Christian pastors, chaplains, and missionaries are on the front lines and are often the first ones at the hospital bedside, the accident scene, or the middle of a family crisis. They help people at the point of their deepest need. But when tragedy strikes the life of one of these God-called shepherds, who is there to walk them through the same darkness? Adversity comes calling on a regular basis, from within and without the walls of the church. We know. We’ve been there too. And that is why we are following God’s call to help pastors, ministers, and missionaries in crisis – God’s wounded shepherds.

Gray received his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas, and his Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia. Paula received her Master of Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. To keep our skills current, we have continued our education through undergoing and being certified in crisis counseling courses through the National Institute of Crisis Response Training.

We have a love for those who have been called into full-time Christian ministry and do not want to see their callings jeopardized due to crisis.
